We have the products ready in our Johannesburg Warehouse. Stocks are always limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

You do not need to make an appointment to check and purchase the products at our warehouse.

Products In Transit

We import directly from our factory in China by sea freight to get new products or restock the out of stock products. After manifest is confirmed, all incoming products we do not have stock of at this moment are in transit.

You pay 30% of the amount as deposit and the balance is paid after shipment arrives.

Request for Stocking

For less demanded products and rarely used spare parts, we may choose not to restock them once sold out. But we have stock in our factory or warehouse in China. After you have requested stocks, we will put them in our next shipment.

Build to Order Products

For the products we will build at our factory in China and then import after you have placed your order, we call them "build to order products". Excluding the build time, transit from our China factory to our Johannesburg warehouse takes about 40+ days.

If no special arrangement, you need to pay 30% deposit at the time you place the order, 30% after build before shipping, and 30% paid when the products arrive at our local warehouse. After products are delivered to your premises, installed and up and running as designed, the final 10% should be paid.
