We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances after the sale has been concluded. Conditional exchanges will only apply to faulty machines; kindly check quality guarantee.

Do visit us for demonstrations of any kind when possible. You are more than welcome to bring your own material for testing. There's no time limitation on such testing and demonstrations, so please take your time and give full consideration before purchasing. Booking in advance and locate time slot is essential.

We can even allocate you a dedicated demo machine if available to use at our warehouse as a short-term day-to-day renting option. Kindly ask sales about this option and availability.
