All our machines are quality built for heavy use. We back our quality guarantee by overstocking parts, giving prompt responses and always having available on-site savvy technicians. http://am.co.za/ Right now we only have a quality guarantee in place; in the near future there will be a service guarantee in place. For normal diagnosis and repair, you may expect the job completed within 2 working days.

General speaking, we provide a 1 year quality warranty on all machinery sold. Please refer to your quotation received for detailed warranty terms. Some of our principles are:

  • Dust Collector Bags
  • Vacuum Pump Pipes
  • Vacuum Table Surfaces
  • T-Slot Table Surfaces
  • Clamps

# and other components/parts in those nature

* Components/Spares/Accessories that NOT used for our machines

* Softwares
exclude unreadable disk(s) which you need to bring back within 3 working days for exchange

.. unless otherwise stated. We apply stickers or service book with order numbers and warranty periods on all machines and parts sold.

You are always welcome to visit our warehouse for machine checkup, adjustment and problem diagnosis. http://am.co.za/ There is no time limit or cost for all bring-in service ( or you arrange courier to deliver and collect ), but subjust to technician availabilities. You will only pay for the parts replaced if the machine is out of the warranty period or if it is broken by human error.

If you request a call-out service where we need to send our technician to your premises, an additional call-out fee will apply.

Guarantee/Warranty Invalidation

Connecting our machinery directly into a household power source will render the guarantee/warranty null and void. http://am.co.za/ We are not able to repair or replace any power-surge damage. Please read more about voltage regulators and UPS.

Machinery that is sold with the service plan has to be serviced within the mandatory service period. http://am.co.za/ If all services are not completed within this period, the accompanying quality guarantee/warranty will be null and void.

General Guarantee/Warranty No-Apply Terms

Our guarantee/warranty does not apply:

  1. to damage caused by use with products not sold by us;
  2. to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
  3. to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described on our website;
  4. to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of our company or an Authorized Service Provider;
  5. to a product or part that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of us;
  6. to consumable parts, such as blades, bits, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
  7. if any serial number has been removed or defaced.
