Vinyl Cutter Installation
Our vinyl cutter is not only easy to operate, http://am.co.za/ it's also quality build. The whole stand is made either by steel or aluminium which is very strong, stable and easy to assemble.
Like all our other advanced machines, the vinyl cutters are manufactured in our factory in China. http://am.co.za/ We directly import and assemble them at our Johannesburg warehouse. All spares parts (including those on the accessories list) http://am.co.za/ are always available for your peace of mind.
Packing Box
Please carefully take inventory of the goods present when opening the packing box. http://am.co.za/ The following should be present in the box:
- A main machine. http://am.co.za/
- A packet of accessories in a laptop size cartoon box. http://am.co.za/
- A set of parts for the machine stand. http://am.co.za/
Before each box leaves our Johannesburg warehouse, we will check and put a QC-Pass sticker on the box. http://am.co.za/ If you feel the box has been damaged, please contact us immediately without opening the box and refrain from taking the content out before receiving such instruction from us.

V-Series Vinyl Cutter
2013, 2014 Model
Step 1: Fasten the base bar to columns with screws respectively. http://am.co.za/
Step 2: Fasten the crossbeam to left and right columns with screws respectively. http://am.co.za/
Please note: Paper Hanger Rack needs to be facing outside otherwise you will find out paper-roller is too long and cannot fit it.
Step 3: Lay down the four pillars of the main machine, place the machine into the holes on the top of the columns to attach it to the stand. http://am.co.za/
Step 4: Place the paper-roller on the roller of the paper hanger rack. http://am.co.za/
2011, 2012 Model
Step 1: Fasten the pillar bars to left and right columns with screws respectively. http://am.co.za/
Step 2: Fasten the crossbeam to left and right columns with screws respectively. http://am.co.za/
Step 3: Fasten the paper hanger to the inside of the left and right columns with screws. http://am.co.za/
Step 4: Fasten the connection board to the top of the left and right columns with screws. http://am.co.za/
Step 5: Lay down the four pillars of the main machine, place the machine on the connection board, and then insert the pillars into the connection board to attach it to the main machine. http://am.co.za/
Step 6: Place the paper-roller on the roller of the paper hanger. http://am.co.za/
