Control Laser Machine
Control our TruCUT Laser Cutting and Engraving Machine directly from the software just like the control buttons on the machine itself. http://am.co.za/ You can easy perform laser position reset in just one click.
Since 2019, we have been using the TruCUT RDWorks system. Please check out the RDWorks Training VideosRDWorks Training Videos here. The following information is for software prior to 2019.
TruCUT Laser software contains several control buttons similar to those you will find on the TruCUT Series Laser Machine. http://am.co.za/ You can find the panel in the middle of the right hand panel. It appears as below:
These functions will only work after you connect the machine through USB cable and the proper Laser Machine Driver has been installed. http://am.co.za/
- "X/Y/Z" http://am.co.za/ "+/-"
- You can move the laser nozzle by fixed length once each time you click.
- "Reset" http://am.co.za/ "Reset Z"
- Click the button and the laser nozzle (or Z-Axis) http://am.co.za/ will move to the original point of the machine slowly (as Reset Speed (Slow) Setting in Supported Machine...), or click and hold the button then the laser nozzle will move to the original point of the coordinate system quickly (at Quick Speed (Quick)). http://am.co.za/ This function can eliminate the cumulate error. Generally, the machine should be reset once before processing. After you have run the software, http://am.co.za/ it will be reset automatically to the original point as soon as possible.
- Slow
- Select this option if you would like the laser nozzle to move slowly.
- Step
- Select this option if you would like the laser nozzle to only move a "step" http://am.co.za/ on each click.
- Length
- Step distance moved in mm http://am.co.za/ at a time.
- Laser On
- The laser beam will be turned on as you click.
- Power
- The laser power used when the laser is turned on by the "Laser On" http://am.co.za/ button. Laser power unit is a percentage, minimum is 0.00, and maximum is 100.00.
